Alpha Futures Roadmap 2026: Product Updates, Payout Progress and What Comes Next

Alpha Futures provides Evaluations and Qualified Accounts with simulated funds for simulated trading. Participants may earn payouts based on eligible performance through their Alpha Futures account. The last two months have brought major changes for Alpha Futures and our traders. We have worked through a platform transition, continued building Alpha Trader, restored TradingView connectivity, and launched the Alpha Trader mobile app, while continuing to work toward new releases, including a brand-new client portal dashboard experience, My Alpha, and Alpha Pulse.

We have also remained focused on the issue that matters most to affected traders: payouts.

Our current payout timeline is now five business days or less once a request has completed the standard approval process. We are working towards restoring same-day payouts in the coming weeks.

Pending Premium Plan payouts are being handled separately. The next batch is planned for the next 1–2 weeks, and we expect the pace of clearing the remaining queue to accelerate throughout October.

This update sets out where Alpha Futures stands today, what has already been delivered, what we are working on now, and what traders can expect next.

What Is New at Alpha Futures and What Is Coming Next?

Our current roadmap has three clear stages:

• Delivered: Alpha Trader, TradingView connectivity, and the Alpha Trader mobile app.
• Current focus: Five-business-day-or-less payouts, the remaining Premium Plan payout queue, and the new client portal and dashboard.
• Coming next: The return of same-day payouts, continued dashboard development, My Alpha, and Alpha Pulse.

Alpha Futures Payout Times Are Now 5 Business Days or Less

Improving payout speeds has been our main operational priority.

Once a current standard payout request has cleared the normal approval process, it is now paid in five business days or less.

This is an improvement, but it is not the finish line. Our next target is to restore the same-day experience traders knew before the transition. We expect to reach that point in the coming weeks as the operational improvements already made continue to take effect.

Eligibility checks have not been removed. Qualified Traders must still satisfy the rules for their account type, including any applicable winning-day, consistency, request-limit, and account-review requirements.

Pending Premium Plan Payouts Are the Next Key Focus

We have not forgotten traders who still have an approved Premium Plan payout pending.

The next batch is planned for the next 1–2 weeks. Throughout October, we will accelerate the pace of clearing the remaining Premium Plan payout queue.

We recognise that this group has already waited. Another timeline does not erase that frustration, and affected traders deserve direct communication about where the work stands.

All active Premium Accounts have been refunded. The remaining approved Premium Plan payouts continue under the separate batch schedule described above.

Our commitment is to keep moving through that queue, increase the pace during October, and communicate progress as the work continues.

What Alpha Futures Has Delivered

The work completed during this period goes beyond operational recovery. Alpha Futures has continued building the products traders use to access, manage, and review their accounts.

Alpha Trader

Alpha Trader brings charting, execution, Depth of Market tools, order management, account controls, and copy trading into one connected platform.

The platform is now also available on iOS and Android. Traders can search futures markets, analyse TradingView charts, place and manage trades, review orders, switch between connected accounts, and manage copy trading from their phones.

TradingView Connectivity

TradingView connectivity has returned to Alpha Futures, powered by Plus500. It is available as a platform option at checkout, giving traders access to the familiar TradingView charting workflow through the current Alpha Futures platform setup.

Alpha Trader Mobile

The Alpha Trader app is live on the App Store and Google Play. It extends the Alpha Trader workflow beyond desktop and gives traders another way to monitor and manage their connected accounts.

A New Alpha Futures Client Portal and Dashboard

We are developing a redesigned client portal to make account status, rule limits, progress, and payout information easier to understand.

The current dashboard preview brings key information into one account overview, including:

• balances across connected Qualified Accounts
• payout history and upcoming eligibility information
• the closest account-rule limit
• daily loss headroom
• Evaluation target progress
• account type, stage, size, and status
• filters for Evaluation and Qualified Accounts
• performance charts and account insights

The aim is simple: traders should not need to search through several screens to understand where an account stands.

What Is My Alpha?

My Alpha is being developed as a quantitative backtesting and analytics product for traders, fully integrated with Level 3 data to deliver a precise backtesting experience. Its purpose is to help traders test setups, review historical performance, identify where a strategy has performed well or poorly, and make decisions using their own trading data instead of guesswork.

You will also have the opportunity to test it directly on Alpha Trader.

What Is Alpha Pulse?

Alpha Pulse is a market-news product being developed around fast access to information traders follow.

The goal is to make important market developments easier to find and understand inside the wider Alpha ecosystem. We are not announcing a public launch date or final feature list yet.

More information will be published once the product and rollout details are confirmed.

What Comes Next for Alpha Futures?

Our immediate priorities are:

• Keep current standard payouts at five business days or less.
• Send the next Premium Plan payout batch within the planned 1–2 week window.
• Accelerate the remaining Premium Plan payout queue throughout October.
• Work towards restoring same-day payouts.
• Continue preparing the redesigned client portal and dashboard.

Rebuilding Trust Through Delivery

We know trust is not restored by one article, one product launch, or one timeline.

It is restored by doing what we say we will do, communicating clearly when circumstances change, and delivering consistently over time.
