It has been two months since a major change affected our traders and our business. It put us on the back foot, disrupted our daily operations, and forced us to work through a transition at speed.
Today, we are through the hardest part.
Our current payout timeline is now five business days or less, and we are working towards restoring same-day payouts in the coming weeks.
Whether you continued trading, paused while waiting for clarity, shared honest feedback, or simply gave us the time to put things right, thank you. Your patience and support have meant more than we can properly express.
This is the latest update on payout speeds, the plan for pending Premium payouts, and what traders can expect next.
Alpha Futures Payout Times Are 5 Business Days or Less
Getting payout speeds back to the level our traders expect has been our main operational priority.
Improvements to our current day-to-day payout process mean that once a payout has cleared the standard approval process, the timeline is five business days or less.
Our next target is the standard traders knew before the transition: same-day payouts. We expect to reach that point in the coming weeks as the improvements already made continue to take effect.
Pending Premium Payouts: The Next Batch and October Timeline
We have not forgotten the traders who still have a pending Premium payout.
The next batch is planned to go out within the next 1–2 weeks. Throughout October, we will accelerate the pace of clearing the remaining Premium payout queue.
During the transition, our immediate focus had to be stabilising daily business operations and protecting active accounts so that Alpha Futures would be in a position to honour its wider commitments. We have now refunded all active Premium Accounts while continuing to support current traders and accounts.
Pending Premium payouts are next.
We thank every affected trader for their patience. We will continue moving through the queue in batches and increase that pace throughout October.
What Has Not Changed About the Alpha Futures Withdrawal Policy
The faster timeline does not remove the rules that apply before a payout is approved.
Qualified Traders must still satisfy the requirements for their account type. Account reviews, payout limits, consistency rules, and other eligibility checks continue to apply. Those rules are published in the payout policy.
The improvement is operational: once a standard payout is approved, the current timeline is five business days or less. Pending Premium payouts remain on the separate batch schedule described above.
